Learn photography the easy way in Skerries

We’re looking forward to the start of our January term of our very popular Beginners Digital Photography Classes, this Wednesday, January 28th. It’s eight weeks of silliness, battling seemingly nonsensical camera menus and plenty of ‘Ah ha!’ moments from students! We like to keep the classes small to ensure everyone gets time to ask questions, that way no-one gets left behind if they happen to be a bit confused. The course starts from the very beginning, allowing true beginners to create a solid foundation on which they can build their future learning as well as helping anyone with a bit more experience to correct any bad habits they may have along with making it clear WHY we choose the settings we do.

Denise designed the course content based on everything she wished someone had explained properly and simply when she was starting out in photography. You don’t need to be able to write an impressive essay on the history of photography – you need to know how to take great pictures of your kids or grandkids!

At the end of the 8 weeks we hold a week long exhibition of the students’ work in the studio, kicked off with a fun wine reception on the opening night where students can bring friends and family to celebrate their achievement.
