DesignWorks Photography is fast becoming the go to place for magical portraits in Dublin especially now we’re launching The Wizarding Workshop fine art magical portraits! The Wizarding Workshop allows boys and girls of all ages to immerse themselves in the mystical world of witchcraft and wizardry while we create cinematic style portraits that will wow anyone who sees them!

The same incredibly talented professional prop-masters who designed our Enchanted Forest are currently working away like busy little elves on The Wizarding Workshop: a medieval wizard’s office filled with wild and wonderful details from magic books to wands, from

cauldrons to a life size desk and hand carved throne. (we are very excited about the throne!)  Suitable from ages three and up (due to breakable items in the magic office!) the Wizarding Workshop is ideal for older children & teenagers as well the adult who is still anxiously awaiting their letter from Hogwarts! We can also accommodate newborn babies up to four weeks old for the magic mad new parent! It’s not just for Harry Potter fans either, the set has a medieval theme so is ideal for anyone who loves Merlin, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings or any magical fantasy!

Sessions all take place in our Skerries studio in North County Dublin. They last 30 minutes and we supply all costumes and accessories as well as all the magic they’ll need to become a real witch or wizard! The session can accommodate up to three people above the age of three (the set is not suitable for toddlers) and costs just €50 to book your session, which then comes off whichever package you choose after you’ve seen your portraits.
